Winbonds Web is not responsible for downstream misuse by clients or end users.

12. Security & License Protection

Attempts to bypass security or licensing systems may result in immediate termination of access.

13. Termination of License

Licenses may terminate automatically if:

payment obligations fail
policies are violated
abuse is detected

cease further distribution or access
