Performance Marketing Agency

Paid Media Managed Against Revenue, Not Impressions

Google, Meta, LinkedIn and YouTube campaigns built around buying intent, pointed at pages designed to convert, and measured all the way to what sales actually closed.

  • Google and Meta Ads
  • Creative testing
  • Revenue attribution

Performance marketing is paid advertising held to a commercial outcome rather than a media metric. Every campaign has a defined action it must produce, a cost that action has to stay under, and measurement that connects the spend to what the business actually earned. Winbonds Web runs performance marketing across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and YouTube, and builds the tracking and landing pages that make the numbers trustworthy.

How is performance marketing different from regular advertising?

Regular advertising buys attention and reports on how much it bought. Performance marketing commits to an action, a lead, a sale, a booking, and is judged on the cost of that action and what it was worth. The difference shows up in what gets optimised: a reach campaign optimises for cheap impressions, a performance campaign optimises for the next sale.

What budget does performance marketing need to work?

Enough for the platform to gather conversion data within a reasonable window. If your target cost per acquisition is high and the budget only produces a handful of conversions a month, the algorithm never learns and the account stays volatile. We will tell you if that is your situation rather than take the budget and report on noise.

Can you work with our existing ad accounts?

Yes, and we prefer it. Existing accounts carry conversion history that new accounts do not, so rebuilding from scratch throws away a real asset. We audit what is there, keep what is working and restructure the rest.

Why Paid Media Underdelivers

A Cheap Lead Is Not the Same as a Good One

Cost per lead is the easiest number to improve and the easiest to improve dishonestly. Widen the targeting, soften the form, and the number falls while the business gets worse.

Managed to the platform metric

Optimise the number in the dashboard.

  • Broad targeting
  • Traffic to a generic page
  • Short form, low friction
  • Cost per lead goes down

Sales quietly stops calling the leads back because most of them are not buyers. The ad account looks better every month and the pipeline does not move.

Managed to the commercial outcome

Optimise what the business banks.

  • Define the qualified lead first
  • Intent-led audiences and exclusions
  • Creative built per audience
  • Landing page built for the ad
  • Conversion API and offline import
  • Lead quality fed back to the platform
  • Bid to value, not to volume
  • Report cost per qualified lead

How We Run Accounts

The Habits That Decide Whether Paid Media Works

Lead quality defined before launch

We agree with your sales team what counts as a qualified lead, then build the targeting, the form and the reporting around that definition rather than around form fills.

Creative as the main lever

On most platforms creative now moves performance more than bidding does. We run a steady testing cadence of angles, formats and hooks instead of refreshing ads when someone remembers.

The page is part of the campaign

Ads point at pages built for that specific promise and audience. Sending paid traffic to a homepage is the most common and most expensive mistake we find in audits.

Conversion signal sent back properly

Conversions API, offline conversion import and CRM status feed real outcomes back to the platform, so automated bidding optimises toward buyers instead of toward whoever fills forms.

Exclusions maintained, not set once

Negative keywords, placement exclusions and audience suppressions are reviewed every week. Wasted spend accumulates quietly and only disappears if someone is looking for it.

Change log you can read

Every structural change is recorded with the reason and the date, so performance shifts can be traced to a decision rather than guessed at afterwards.

Channels

Where We Buy, and What Each Channel Is For

Channel choice follows the buying behaviour, not the budget split someone inherited.

  • Google Search

Existing demand. People already describing the problem you solve, captured at the moment they do it.

  • Google Shopping and PMax

Catalogue-driven retail intent, with feed quality and asset groups treated as the real levers.

  • Meta

Created demand. Creative-led prospecting and retargeting across Facebook and Instagram.

  • YouTube

Demonstration and consideration, where the product needs to be seen working before anyone enquires.

  • LinkedIn

Role and company targeting for B2B, where the audience is narrow and the deal value justifies the cost.

  • Retargeting

Sequenced follow up across channels for people who engaged but did not convert the first time.

We will recommend dropping a channel that is not earning its place rather than keeping it to look full-service.

What You Receive

Inside a Performance Marketing Engagement

Account audit

Structure, targeting, creative, tracking and wasted spend, written up with what we would change and in what order.

Campaign build

Account structure, audiences, bidding strategy, budget pacing and the naming conventions that keep reporting usable.

Creative production

Static and video ad creative with a testing plan, produced in the volume the platforms now require.

Landing pages

Pages built for the campaign that drives them, fast, focused and testable.

Tracking and attribution

Conversion tracking, Conversions API, offline import and CRM integration so the data reflects reality.

Weekly reporting

Spend against outcome by channel and campaign, what changed, what it did and what is next.

Measurement

Reporting Cost Per Qualified Lead, Not Cost Per Lead

The gap between those two numbers is where most paid budgets are lost. Closing it requires the CRM and the ad platform to exchange records, which is the step most accounts never complete.

  • Google Ads conversion tracking
  • Meta Pixel and Conversions API
  • Offline conversion import
  • GA4 and Google Tag Manager
  • CRM lead status synchronised back
  • Call and WhatsApp tracking
  • Consistent UTM structure
  • Creative level performance reporting

How We Work

From Audit to a Steady Optimisation Rhythm

Audit

We go through the existing accounts, tracking and pages and write up what is working, what is wasting money and what cannot currently be measured. You keep this whether or not you continue.

Define the outcome

With your sales team we agree what a qualified lead is and what it is worth. Everything downstream optimises toward that definition.

Fix measurement

Conversion tracking, Conversions API and CRM integration go in before budget scales, because scaling on a broken signal multiplies the error.

Build and launch

Campaign structure, creative and landing pages go live with a defined test plan rather than one large untested bet.

Weekly optimisation

Budget pacing, bids, exclusions, creative rotation and page tests, reviewed on a fixed cadence and logged.

Scale or stop

Channels that earn their place get more budget. Channels that do not get cut, and we say so plainly rather than spreading spend to keep a report looking broad.

Who This Fits

Where Paid Media Is the Right Lever

Ecommerce and D2C

Feed quality, creative volume and contribution margin decide whether paid scales. All three are things we work on directly.

SaaS

Trial and demo campaigns where the metric that matters is qualified pipeline, not signup count.

B2B services

Narrow audiences and high deal values, where wasted impressions are expensive and lead quality is everything.

Local and service area

Geography-bound demand capture, call tracking and enquiry routing per location.

Education

Enquiry generation against intake deadlines, where the follow up window is short and fixed.

Subscription businesses

Acquisition judged against retained value rather than first order, which changes what you can afford to pay.

Common Questions

Performance Marketing, Answered

How do you charge?

A management fee quoted separately from ad spend, so you always know what goes to us and what goes to the platforms. We do not take a cut of spend, because that rewards us for spending more rather than for spending well.

Who owns the ad accounts?

You do. Accounts, pixels, tag containers and conversion history stay in your ownership throughout and remain yours if the engagement ends.

How long before we can judge it?

Early signal arrives within days, but a fair judgement needs enough conversions for the platform to have learned and for lead quality to be visible downstream. We set that window at the start so nobody is judging noise.

Do you produce the creative?

Yes. Static and video ad creative, including UGC style video, is produced in house. Creative is usually the biggest available lever, so outsourcing it away from the people reading the performance data rarely works.

What if our landing pages are weak?

We build them. A strong ad pointed at a weak page is a tax on every click, and in most audits the page is a larger constraint than the targeting.

Will you tell us to stop spending?

If a channel is not earning its place, yes. It is a short-term loss for us and the correct advice, and it is the reason the reporting is built around outcome rather than activity.

Can you work with an in-house marketing team?

Yes. We can own paid media entirely, or handle a specific part such as creative, tracking or landing pages while your team keeps strategy.
